17 Jun An affair to remember: Laucala Island media lunch

We were fortunate enough to host a media lunch at Jonah’s to celebrate the launch of Laucala Island in Australia.

Laucala is a private island resorted located in the South Sea archipelago of Fiji. The island offers 25 well-appointed residences in various locations as well as five restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, 240 acres of farmland and an airstrip complete with three hangars. Not only is the island 85 percent sustainable, Laucala also owns the water rights, airspace and marine reserve around the island, guaranteeing the privacy of its guests.

The media lunch began with a scenic seaplane ride up to Jonah’s at Whale Beach, where they sat down for a three course lunch in the company of Maja and Thomas Kilgore, the Managing Directors of Laucala and their Australian representative, Andrew Millmore and Michelle Taylor from Travel the World.
